Our Beginning in Bethesda
Guardado’s Restaurant opened in 2007 at 4918 Del Ray Ave, Bethesda, MD. Founded by Chef Nicolas Guardado and his wife, Reyna, the restaurant was built on a love for family, tradition, and Spanish-inspired flavors. From the outset, our goal was straightforward: to bring authentic tapas and Latin dishes to our community.
